Parliamentary leaders call on Foreign Ministers to rectify institutional crisis facing OSCE

In an open letter published on 24 July 2020, members of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly’s elected Bureau urged the Foreign Ministers of OSCE participating States to address the institutional crisis and leadership vacuum currently impacting the organization, and consider its potential to damage the collective security of North America, Europe and Central Asia.
