Russia’s large-scale invasion of Ukraine in clear violation of the OSCE’s commitments to territorial integrity, sovereignty and human rights, has put unprecedented strain on the world’s largest regional security organisation, raising questions about its viability as a forum for engagement between Russia and the West.
